These pipe burners are sometimes called stick burners or tube burners. We custom make longer lengths, fabricate square pipe burners, radial spoke burners, and custom gas manifolds the way you want them. PBM125 - Straight Pipe Burner -Support Leg Option, Ideal for Hog Roasters, Pig Cookers

PBM125 - Straight Pipe Burner 1.25" ID in 32", 44", 56", or 68" lengths. Support LEGS available as an option. Used in Hog Roasters, Pig Cookers, Gun Bluing, Maple Syrup Evaporation, and BBQ Pits.

♦ 32", 44", 56", and 68" standard pipe burners lengths.

♦ Constructed with a permanently welded plate steel disk at one end and our 1.25" NPT threaded HPMAX-1 venturi at the opposite end.

♦ Pipes measure 1.25"ID/1.5"OD with a 3/16" wall thickness.

♦ Eight inches of pipe near the venturi is used as the "throat" of the burner and does not have any holes for flames.

♦ A 32" burner has 24" of flames, 44" burner has 36" of flames, 56" burner has 48" of flames, and a 68" burner has 60" of flames.

Indicate your fuel preference of natural gas, low pressure propane, or high pressure propane in the COMMENTS section of the shopping cart. Propane is expensive so don't waste propane using a pipe burner which gives an inefficient yellow flame.

You can provide support of the assembly by using a cradle made of a length of 1.5" angle iron. Such a cradle support permits easy removal for maintenance. These pipe burners are designed to give even, high-heat blue flames throughout the length of the pipe. They are easy to light.

♦ With High Pressure use we suggest the COM3 regulator/hose.
♦ Available with an Optional Needle Control Valve with integral Orifice.

In every pipe burner there will be 8" of pipe without gas holes for air and gas mixing after the venturi:

A standard stocked pipe burner can be reduced in length to fit a custom length required by a customer. Length reductions are made to that part of the pipe burner with the flame holes. PBM-MOD - Custom Length Pipe Burner Modification

There is a $50.00 charge to make custom length modifications of pipe burners (to shorten them from one of the stocked sizes).

If as an example, a 43" length pipe burner is required, then purchase a 44" stocked unit (with or without a grease shield) and we will shorten the pipe and weld a 1/8" thick round steel plate on the end. Reductions in length come from the flame length section of the pipe and not the undrilled "throat" region near the venturi.

The CVO250 gas flow needle valve control valve orifice allows you to fine control the level of the pipe burner flames at the venturi rather than back at the propane tank regulator or the natural gas source. If you purchase a Control Valve Orifice at the time you purchase any pipe burner we will drill it to the proper orifice size and install it on your pipe burner at no extra charge. The default orifice size is #61. This control valve orifice fitting will work on practically any burner if the orifice is drilled to the proper size.
