Pipe, cast iron, and jet burners; gas regulators and hoses; or products that show signs of wear/installation rendering them unfit for re-sale are not acceptable for Credit, Refund, or Exchange. Dust Caps, Dust Plugs, and Ashcroft Low Pressure Test Gauges are not eligible for Return or Exchange.Brass Fittings, eligible for return, are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Custom hoses, drilled orifice fittings, and custom-built items are not returnable. Items returned must be in original packaging, returned at customer’s expense. Paint is not warranted. Shipping charges are not refundable. Manufacturer's defects in products will be replaced and/or repaired by the sole option of CustomPipeBurners.com. Owners presenting claims may be required to provide the original purchase receipt as proof of purchase. Warranties are not transferrable.

Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which attempts to cover our costs in regards to originally processing, packaging, and shipping the item by USPS or, FedEx. A Return Authorization (RA#) is obtained by calling (713)-932-6438 or email us: info@CustomPipeBurners.com. You will be given instructions/ return address. An RA# itself does not guarantee final disposition. Returns are subject to inspection. Customers pay shipping charges on alternate Exchange merchandise. Customers must pack the returns in a manner to insure safe transit. Small items should be shipped UPS Ground Service "Insured". We will not accept C.O.D. or freight collect shipments.
